If you’ve received a submission confirmation from us, you can contact Sydney Water and provide them with the reference or US number listed—they may be able to locate the SSD or retrieve it from the relevant authority. In most cases, in order to complete a concrete encasement (or similar & associated work) you must have submitted your plans to a Water Service Coordinator (WSC). The WSC reviews the plans and will guide you accordingly. Once the application process has reached the appropriate point, you will be directed to engage with a constructor (us).
